This entry is from July 21, 2018 I think. The day after I saw the orthopedic surgeon and learned that I HAVE to lose 40 pounds before they can operate and give me 2 new hips. Time for some major lifestyle changes!!! I’ve been exercising on my recumbent bicycle every morning as soon as I wake up and have found that it’s already helping with my stiffness and pain. Soon, I’ll add swimming into the mix. I ordered a cute bathing suit online.
